Tasting Notes: Fresh grass, almond skin, apple, and dried fruits. Pronounced bitterness and peppery notes, with intense freshness and aroma.

Character: Refined, vigorous, and elegant.

Blend: At least 50% Intense Green Olive Oils (Cobrançosa).
